Typical of many HR personnel these days, lacking basic professional skills, arrogant (did not know that their jobs website had crashed and refused to acknowledge it until they actually did the discovery).
After they tell you what the process will entail and assure you that they will be letting all candidates know of the final decision and that they "will get back to you with results and feedback" and you never hear back.
As it turns out I was over-qualified for the role and earning much more than the role would ever pay.
All the same, the basic professional courtesy of feedback to contacted candidates should always be a minimum expectation, especially when you were told they would do so.
