Basic questions what I found out is that their turnover rate is really big within this company I don't know exactly why but I interviewed a couple times for this position because the people kept leaving this position and company. I in the last year have seen 3 people in this position they don't last. I knew from my first interview it was not a positive culture or good work environment so I was glad I didn't get the job nor would I have accepted it. when they did hire the first person and not me that person less than two months and ended up leaving and found out that that person was misled in this position and they called me for an interview and I went in and I found out they had hired a new manager again to replace the old one and I thought to myself during the interview this company is not organized does not care about their employees. Some thing is wrong with its infrastructure. they also keep changing the position or role I think because they keep they cannot keep people in the position.
