Phone interview with one person. Invited for in-person interview. Received a list of people I would be interviewing with. Good spread of positions across the company. Arrived to find no could make except the person from the phone interview and one other. Their only interview tactic seamed to be to tear down my experience and work history.

Having been in consulting for a few years after 15+ years working at companies with tremendous experience in the area they were hiring for, I was asked "why would hire a consultant".
