Gespräch auf Augenhöhe mit HR und künftigen Vorgesetzten. Typische HR Fragen zu Lebenslauf etc. 2 Gespräche, insgesamt ca. 2.5h. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und faires Gespräch. Klare Kommunikation wie es weiter geht.

The initial interview was very energetic with HR that was scheduled within 1-2 days after the application. Then the 2nd interview was scheduled in like 3-4 weeks with the hiring manager. That was 1h long reading me questions like an automation without showing feelings. It was strange, definitely was not like a conversation at all. Then the final interview is a panel and takes more than 6 weeks to schedule, no updates in between the interviews. The whole process will take around 3 months. I was very willing to work there and the role was really exciting but timing just wasn't right.
