There was an initial interview on the phone, then I was invited to meet with the HR people and some Project managers / estimators. A couple of days later I got another phone call to schedule a final interview with the executive team, where I was offered the position

Tell us about some challenging situations and how you overcome these situations?
Just a short phone call. less than 10 minutes which was strange but the guy who interviewed me was super nice and the questions were basic easy to answer questions.
