The hiring process was done by my temp agency and the interview was conducted by two Team Leads from another department. The interview itself was pleasant and they were professional and was able to provide in details the company motto and focus objects.

I applied via computer. Was asked to talked to a specialist in HR.. Did not have a one on one for Medicare advisor. Completed the process for background check etc and then was offered the position. Fairly easy but long process.
