I had an interview with a hiring manager over this role who was interviewing for his replacement. I mainly remember him spending most of our conversation complaning about this position because it was very stressfull, and that he "didn't envy me" for being in the running for it. I did not receive an offer, and I likely would not have taken one based on our conversation.
