I had an initial interview over Teams with one of their Directors, which went well. They then wanted me to move to the next step. This step turned out to involve a Teams Interview with their Authors in the morning, followed by a commute to an onsite technical test in their Head UK Office in Reigate in the afternoon. Logistically, this was not possible and I declined to move forward. They showed total inflexibility, and no talk of reimbursement of the fare required to travel to take the technical test (why on earth this could not have been done remotely, I have no idea).
