Entretien
2 gesprekken met ieder 2 personen + een assessment. Gesprekken waren een combinatie van persoonlijke vragen en inhoudelijk vragen, ik heb het als positieve gesprekken ervaren. Assessment was wel vrij moeilijk, met name in vergelijking bij de grotere banken.

Entretien
The interview process took about three weeks, with three different instances of interviewing. I was referred by another person working there so the first screening was done over the phone.
Then there was a technical test, with research conducted online, assessment of writing skills and excel skills.
Finally, the third interview was a panel interview with 4 people working in the office, to assess technical knowledge of economics, econometrics and personality fit.
Overall it was a pleasant interview experience.

As I understand it, this heavily depends on who is sitting in during the panel interview. In this case I was asked about the concept of heterocedasticity in econometrics.
