Entretien
The first stage is a screening process. After the screening, I participated in a virtual one-way interview in which I recorded my answers. Then, I was given a programming task that took me around 3h and it is due 48h after it is received. Lastly, I was invited to a final stage interview that contained situational and technical questions. This interview is strength-based and CV blind.

1. Hirevue - standard questions and psychometric games. 2. Technical test - take home coding assignment. 3. Assessment centre - one competency interview with two software developers, one technical interview with two software developers talking about your technical test, one networking event (not considered in your assessment), and one group exercise

Tell me about yourself. Why WTW and why this role. Time as a leader or stepping up to be a leader. Time you pushed yourself. Time you made a mistake and how you recovered/adapted.
Very friendly and professional, focused on the behavioral portion however this may differ from person to person. The interviewers were friendly and professional, mostly focused on behavioral, asked some questions on past background.
