Initial application followed by online exams, video interview and assessment centre. Assessment centre included Excel exam, panel interview and group exercise and took place from 9am to 12pm, all my expenses including train tickets and hotel were paid.

Entretien
3 Interviews. One by HR, next Technical then by manager.
HR would like too know stability and communication skills. Also they would see if the profiles match. Technical knowledge would test if you have good knowledge. You need to be really well prepared for it. Manager's round is like a formality to again check commitment and suitability.
