Applied online through university career center. Was emailed a link for a fairly basic, 15 minute video interview. Then invited to their office in Houston for a Superday with several other candidates from my school.

Trickiest question was a brainteaser- you are in a room with 3 light switches. Only one of them works and will turn on a light in a different room upstairs. You can go upstairs only once. How do you determine which switch is functional?

Several interviews from offshore and onshore managers. Interviewers are very professional and respectful. Interview layers included HR, PH Team lead/manager, offshore managers. The interview process was streamlined and I received timely updates after the interview from HR. The whole experience was good for me.
