Entretien
Hiring at this level usually involves personal interviews and it may involve working on a case study and a presentation. The first round essentially helps the firm get a sense of the employee and clarify the role and familiarize the incumbent with the organization. The second round gets technical, and it may be followed with a case. The last round is about fitment, expectations etc before the offer is made and is usually with a senior person in the firm.

Entretien
Interview lasted for an hour. Personnel whom I interviewed with was really amicable and described the job responsibilities in detail. Questions were not too hard considering the role and responsibilities.
Slow and ghosting. Took 3 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me after the initial screening interview. He emailed me to say to expect two panel interviews, but crickets. I’ve moved on.

Entretien
It was one of the hardest interview I have seen so far. They are really pushing, even though it is a competency-based interview, they really ask me to the bottom of everything, even though I think I gave good answers.
