Entretien
I had my first interview on my school campus at Columbia. A few weeks after they called me in for their Superday. There were about 16 other candidates there. They have my 4 back to back interviews, an orientation and a lunch. They called me several hours after interviewing with the internship offer.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
