WTW directly recruits on campus. The process was straight-forward with 2 rounds of interviews. The position requires some level of understanding of the company's offerings but reasonable. Overall smooth process. An average level of difficulty with more focus on behavioral
multiple stages ranging from video assessment, technical in office round test round, technical round. all rounds being eliminatory. questions asked are very technical in nature and requires good concept clarity.

e-interview hirevue display question and then record answer. have about 6 questions . 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to record. not a good experience as it lacks human interactions.

Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
