Interview with Head of Retirement, it went for around 40mins. Mostly questions were from resume , and asked why I pursued to work as a Pension actuary despite of many other good fields such as life, P&C etc.. It was done in very friendly, comfortable atmosphere.

first submit resume and cover letter, then get a call to go into the office for an interview, where you have an interview with one or two employees. The employees ask you applicable questions about the job. Usually common behaviour and scenario based questions.
