The Contract Agency contacts you ultimately. Right before you are hire through the contract agency, there is still an interview process. You are typically schedule for an interview with a call center manager, the interview typically takes about 30 mins.

It was a very easy and smooth interview process. The ladies were nice and efficient and the as able to get me hired into the WTW team, I am excited for what’s ahead.

I applied via computer. Was asked to talked to a specialist in HR.. Did not have a one on one for Medicare advisor. Completed the process for background check etc and then was offered the position. Fairly easy but long process.
