Looking at their website and their online presence, the company seemed really cool but their interview process is exactly the opposite. The interviewer had a set of questions written in his diary. I answered all the questions. They tried to negotiate the CTC to below my current CTC because they believed my experience did not justify the CTC. So I asked them to give me an assignment project to justify the CTC. Instead the interviewer asked me to give a time estimate to build a certain project. They evaluated me based on the time estimate I gave them. This was really absurd. The interview wasn't really a great experience. I travelled about 25km just to attend the interview, the least they could do was inform me if I was selected or not.
