I went through two online interviews, first for an hour and then 30 minutes. Both were great—stimulating discussions, kind interviewers, and I felt we had a good connection. I was told I’d hear back within a week, but instead, I was ghosted for a few weeks. After I sent follow up emails, I received various explanations about delays (holidays, management changes), with repeated assurances of contact 'early next week,' which never happened. I requested feedback to avoid feeling like I wasted time, but was ghosted again. I’m very disappointed with how they treat candidates.
