Had a discovery call with the recruiter fairly quickly. Then they emailed me asking to schedule another call the following week. That phone call lasted 1 minute, as they started off the conversation asking me about the weather, and then told me they will not continue pursuing me as a candidate. Then they promptly hung up the phone. The recruiter was not personable, and so much of the conversation felt scripted, like things they were required to say/check off a list. I had prepared for the interview thinking it was next steps, when the entire conversation could have been an email. Not sure why they felt the need to schedule me a week in advance. Definitely an odd experience.

Very smooth process while the interviewer was having interest in the answers given by me. Every question was no only job specific which implies the work life balance in the company
