I was invited for an interview in October 2018. The two interviewers were very welcoming so I felt at ease. The interview didn't start abruptly; they took their time and offered me a drink. Then the interviewer briefly explained the structure of the interview. The interviewer also discussed more about the scope of the job role itself, however it was in a broad sense and I wasn't told what exact project I'd be working on so I started the job not knowing much or what to expect. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I was contacted soon after the interview date by the HR lady with an offer.
