I applied Monday and got a call from HR that Friday to schedule for an interview the same day. The next week I got a call from HR saying they were considering an offer. The following week, I got a call from HR again saying my offer would come in soon. I got my offer letter along with company benefits/employee manual the next day.

Applied through online, after two months got a call for a face to face interview, after the face to face interview waited for a month to know the result.

It was more like a discussion, they told their company's work and projects, and then asked about the projects and experiences i mentioned in my resume. then asked some general questions like why you want work in united states.
