The recruiter who called me was very sympathic, very kind and careful. She asked me questions about my background and my interest into the organisation and the role that I applied for.

Had two interviews. They both went great at least I thought. I haven't heard anything back in more than 3 weeks. They completely ghosted me after the second interview. Very unprofessional and kind of disheartening.
