Mobility advisory (transport) team. Face to face 1 hour interview, most of the questions are behavioural question, around 7-8. Only 1-2 technical questions. Pretty straight forward classic graduate interview process.

The interview process at WSP consists with 4 main stages. First submission of online application, second online assessment, third one-way online video interview and finally the face -to - face interview.
After doing great in a psychometric test, there was a one-to-one interview. Generally asking relevant questions regarding my academic and work experience. Focusing on my skills of teamwork and leadership.
