I recently interviewed for groupm ireland after 3rd round they got back to me about giving me an offer. After that they said they will send it over email over on monday and negotiated my salary. After 1 week I sent a follow up email asking for the same however they said the finance guy who accepts the offer letter is out of office. After 2 weeks I called him and he said they are interviewing other people for the same position! Because HR wants to hire someone who wouldn't need a visa sponsorship! They negotiated my salary and aggreed for my visa status and after wasting 3 weeks on interview and 2 weeks of waiting. Its just soo unprofessional and they lied to me saying they are waiting for finance approval!
