It was a casual chat with line manager as first step mentioning responsibilities, what’s the most most challenging situation faced at work, and what my greatest success in current company is. The line manager shared company structure, workflows and current client. Next step was to meet the head of department.

Entretien RH puis entretien avec les managers des comptes pour lesquels on a été sélectionné. Entretien RH relativement facile avec les questions classiques (expérience, caractère) afin de matcher nos souhaits avec les offres disponibles sur le marché.

Voulez vous travailler sur des comptes internationaux
It was a Standard process, there was a writing test, it’s multiple rounds of interviews with multiple people. Recommend it and good recruiting efforts by recruiters. Overall positive experience for me.
Straightforward interview process. True test of skills and business acumen. The interview has up to 3 rounds or may depend on which team you’re trying to join. Great prospects for almost all business verticals.
