Had a initial telephone interview which was positive but rushed. Was promised a return call to update and did not receive despite following up. I can understand it is not possible to respond to applicants but once you are interviewed it is rude and unprofessional to not update candidate. This shows the real culture and values of WPP, their branding to attract new talent is saying something completely different.
