Bad management with hardly no communication. advice is to follow up constantly. They are looking for extremely pushy people with a lot of advertising background. Took months to finally get an interview. The interviewer was very scary and asked personality questions. They were tricky. The person was looking for someone with a lot of diverse work experience.

After sending in my application, I got a screening call the day after which is very prompt. Then, an interview session was scheduled for the day after that. The next day, after the interview, I received the outcome of my application. The process is very fast and not time consuming at all

I interviewed for an internship position at WPP Shanghai. I got a phone interview and it only took five minutes. The questions were basic and simple. I thought I didn't pass the interview because the time was so short. However, I received a call one day after the interview and HR told me that I passed the interview.

Entretien
They first call me for aptitude test followed by interview round. But overall process was very slow.
Thd result for apptitude was given to me in the couple of weeks and same with interview. The employees are only confused about they selection process.
Really dissatisfied by there offer and all the process.
