Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with how the interview process went. Despite my preparation and eagerness for the opportunity, I was concerned that the scheduled interviewer did not show up, and HR did not communicate or respond about the situation. As a candidate, clear communication and respect for each other's time are critical aspects of the interview. The lack of acknowledgment or explanation made me feel undervalued and disheartened. For these reasons, I hope to make improvements so that all candidates are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve. Open and transparent communication can go a long way toward creating positive experiences for candidates and employers.
