      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez WINIFRED S. HAYES (Lansdale, PA) en nov. 2015

      Entretien

      Multiple interviews. First over the phone. Second in person. Third via video chat with representatives overseas. Fourth in person, including a presentation to Hayes' executive board, After the final interview I was told my presentation was very good, and I would hear soon of their decision. I reached out several times after the feedback and was told "soon" or that the decision was delayed due to pending company events etc, so I waited and eventually gave up. It was 8 months before I let them know how unprofessional they treated me. I understand they may have decided against me, and that if fine but you don't build a person up and tell them they did a great job and never contact them again. I have interviewed dozens of people throughout my career at all levels of responsibility, and I have never let one candidate not know their status with the organization. I always provided honest feedback to candidates for their own improvement. I spent a considerable amount of time researching their current and potential market appeal, and I felt used at the end of the process. Please make your own judgement on the quality of an organization based on how well they communicate with candidates. After sending a final "goodbye" email expressing my displeasure with their silence I did receive an apology from their HR department, who was obviously falling on the sword for those higher up in the organization. Based on previous comments here on Glassdoor and my personal experience with this organization, I do not recommend this company.
