A recruiter reached out to me telling me the hiring manager was very impressed with my resume and experience and they would love to talk to me more about the interview process and roles they had open. I agreed to have a 30 minute call with the recruiter. She proceeded to tell me they would love to take me through the interview process and that she would reach back out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The next morning she emailed me saying they aren’t interested and wish me the best of luck. No further explanation and no feedback. Needless to say this was a waste of my time. I hope WHOOP starts to understand that they shouldn’t reach out with empty promises only to ghost the candidate later right after.
