Phone screen with recruiting was pretty standard. They asked pretty basic questions about my experience. The first round after that was remote with someone in Arizona. It was fine but I got some weird vibes. Specifically, the guy I was talking to admits to being in Arizona, but then acted surprised when I asked if there was a 5-day in office requirement (there is). Did not love the vibe.
