I successfully completed all three interview rounds with the company, including with the recruiter, hiring manager, and the team. During the process, the hiring manager expressed positive feedback and felt that I would be a great addition to the team. However, despite my efforts to follow up after the final interview, I did not receive any response from the company for two months. After multiple attempts, the recruiter informed me that the position had been eliminated and no one was hired for it. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, it would have been appreciated to receive some feedback after dedicating time and effort to the interview process.
