I had a series of face to face interviews (5 of them) during 2 months period, and they interviewees were very open and helpful during this process. This is for a new BU within WD, that established over a year ago. The process was very lengthy, due to an interim hiring freeze in the middle of my process. However, once the interview process ended the offering and on boarding was fairly quick.
