written followed by GD and interview on the same day. written consisted of questions from GATE. After 2 hours they announced the results of the written. For GD they selected 2 people out of 60. Questions were not relevant to skills. The whole process focussed very less on the depth of knowledge but rather on communication skills and much more on the willingness to work for the organization. The written part was quite similar to questions asked in GATE. I cleared written followed by GD. Personal interview was the last round for which they didn't announce the results and did not display them on their website. When I enquired to their office they said that the selected candidates will be informed. I didn't hear from and didn't like the whole process as besides written there was no focus on the selection process as such. Found this waste of my time.
