Phone screen followed by panel interview over Zoom. The personnel director was very nice and professional, explained the order of the interview and thanked me profusely for being a donor to WABE. The panel interview included the hiring manager and 2 coworkers. The questions were fair and they were pleasant. The only negative was they never got back to me with the outcome. I figured I didn't get the job after a month passed, but I reached out to them for an update and then got a generic "thanks but no thanks" reply.
