Payroll certification is a must. It was a general chit chat about my handling of difficult payroll situations, ADP/ACP testing's. Handling complex payroll schedules. She also asked if I am comfortable with all 50 states Payroll and Tax law. She lasted for about 45 minutes. I really had a good time.
