I originally applied for and was hired for the sales associate position. The interview process is only 2 steps. The first interview was a short phone call. They asked me about my hobbies and such and explained what they were looking for. The second interview was at a Sam's Club location the next day and they went over everything to expect thoroughly and answered all my questions.
