Had a positive phone interview experience with the recruiter for a corporate role based out of the Greensboro location. The Hiring Manager told me during the interview that they wanted me scheduled for a panel interview the following week with their boss. I exchanged emails with the recruiter over the next week, only for her to completely ghost me while she was scheduling the panel interview. For a candidate interviewing for a manager level role with a VP, this was incredibly disappointing that there was no follow up or follow through.

There were three steps, starting with Interview with hiring manager, then a step Interview with HR and a competence test to validate. The steps were smooth and quite fast. Everyone very respectful, attentive and supportive.
