Thorough hour-long questioning of experience with powertrain systems, tuning and emissions. Followed by collaboration and leadership skill questions. Experience was questioned very technically. Two engineers conducted the interview, asking highly technical questions.

Applied online, was contacted by HR and had a 30+ minute phone interview then scheduled an in-person meeting/interview the week after. Quick process, above average difficulty interview. High expectations, lots of questions. Good overall interview however I was told I would be contacted within the week and I have never been contacted regardless of positive or negative results.
