The Interview was very personal and the interviewer took special attention at the prospective employee. It was done during a BAJA SAE event, and it felt very inclusive and everyone had a chance.

Entretien
I luckily had a friend who was a recent hire so he gave my resume to the hiring manager and then they called me and did a phone interview the next day or so. If you want to work here just make sure you know your engineering stuff because for me they asked engineering questions, but do not be intimidated they are nice.
