Dont ever give interview to this company through consultancy like Archelons. I gave total of 3 + 1 round of interview which took almost 2 months(which is strange) after every round I almost waited for 15 days just to get the nod for next round and this consultancy people wont be having any update. after technical rounds, I had a HR discussion on compensation and she took all details and didn't come back for almost 15 days. upon lot of followups with Archelons, they told me that my skills are not matching their requirement. Strange part is, if skills were not matching, then why did they even took interview? :p

It was the worst interview I had given anytime. Archelons was the agency who were interacting with me. first they gave a assignment on platform engineering and I submitted in 2-3 days and in next round it was a technical where the interviewer asked about cloud, kubernetes, docker and gitops etc. after this they said I have got selected for this role and had a HR round for compensation discussion after this round, they collected my documents for offer and there was no further communication for almost 10 days. After doing lot of followups, they said I have to give one more round with some senior person as part of recruitment process and that round went fine too. again after lot of followups, they told me that my skills are not matching this profile. This is so bad from reputed company "Volvo" and please dont waste your time for giving interview with this company that to with consultancies like Archelons. My suggestion to management is, please hire the candidates directly otherwise there will be lot of confusion between consultancy and candidates.
