The interview process was structured and informative. It began with an initial screening call where I discussed my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a first-stage interview focused on my experience and key skills relevant to the position. After that, I had a second-stage interview which involved a practical task or presentation, giving me a chance to demonstrate my abilities in a more hands-on way. Throughout the process, communication was clear, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and get a better understanding of the team and company culture.
