The process was short because it was a contract position. Some basic ASP.NET questions and C# for a Microsoft position. I really dispise interviews that are all day and your brain is goo by the end. I think it's too brutal. But contract positions usually have shorter interviews and are easier to succeed at. Lately these interview have been getting harder tho, and it's important to always keep up with you programming craft. It's easy to stagnate.
