Applied as job met my title and experience and was located nearer to my home. I however am not from the auto industry which was clear from my resume. I applied online and got an interview. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the HR rep in a pokey stuffy little room.

I was grilled in depth on knowledge of the car industry in a way that I thought was over the top for the role.

Entrevista com o RH numa primeira fase, por meio online, duração de quase 1 hora completa. Foi ok, nada demais. Recrutadora informou ter encotnrado meu curriculo pelo Linkedin e eu fiquei com a sensação que estavam mais hunteando do que fazendo um processo de seleção em si

Three interviews. Final interview had to present 2 product proposals based on tasks with very little notice. I was given the tasks on a Friday and had to present them on the next Monday morning.
