The worst interview experience, Ever. This firm is a joke. DO NOT waste your time applying it. After ~1 month I applied online, I received a notice of a timed coding challenge, which is a normal practice (similar firms also set this). After passing it, they ask you to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was then rescheduled, since "Unfortunately something came up and the traders who you were scheduled to speak with for your phone screen are unavailable". Then came the phone interview. An algorithm question was asked and I didn't give the optimal solution. Then the guy sounded pissed off and asked someone else to continue the interview process. That was absolutely the worst experience ever, totally disrespectful. I have interviewed 10+ times elsewhere on the phone.

Video conference calls by two traders, who asked many business related questions. I feel it is ore like a market profiling than actual hiring. Interviewers are friendly and professional.
