After applying through the online system, I received an invitation to interview the next business day. The interview itself, which took place a week later, felt like more of a genuine conversation than a standard question-answer hold-him-over-the-fire-until-he-burns type of exchange. Some of the questions asked were standard fare while others were spontaneous results of our interaction. The two women I spoke with were eager to answer my own questions about the company and the corporate atmosphere; it was clear that they enjoy what they do. If granted a second interview, I'll be meeting with the CEO. Overall, it has been a great experience so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of this.
