I applied online. I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. It took two weeks to get a phone interview scheduled. During my phone interview I was told that the position had bee changed to a "Talent Specialist". I was told I would hear back within 48 hrs whether or not they would be moving forward with my application. Next steps would have been using the automated interview process the company is known for. I have not heard from the company since.

I found the entire interview process to be extremely easy. I was working full-time so my available time was evenings and weekends so I was extremely thankful to have that time to dedicate to a 20 minute phone call.
