group task, individual presentation and normal competency interview. Felt quite standard and although I thought I did quite well, especially compared to the others in the group task I didn’t pass. I was surprised as the standard of the other candidates was significantly lower than for other grad schemes i’ve interviewed for.

Entretien
Hirevue with standard questions. It also contained a pattern solving aspect, this was quite hard but its untimed so would go slower if I had to do it again. Email was very clear in terms of steps of the application and everything was well explained.

Very straightforward process
Online Tests- basic numeral and verbal tests
Group assessment day- virtual assessment day various different break outs rooms and presentations on a technical aspect in the world that’s changing
