The interview question were your typical run of the mill questions, 1 warm up with 5 actual question assessing how you deal with working in different situations: 1. What's your strength (practice) 2. Example of a time where you exceeded your own expectations 3. A time where you pick up a new skill on the go 4. An example of an idea you proposed and brought to life And some more that I cannot remember, it was kind of stressful for me as the actual questions are one take only with no chance for retry. Also the fact that I am new to the whole interview process. But overall the questions should not be too difficult for veterans. The logic based exercise is what I find challenging. Get some practice going on before trying it. I was told I have 48 hours before I needed to finish the whole assessment and I panicked and started the logic test after only done a handful of mock paper, and it was somewhat disastrous to me. They also give you a feedback for your logic test upon your full submission of your online assessment so you can tell how well you did in your actual logic test.

The group work was very engaging and allowed us to get to know each other and complete a task then presenting it. After the group task was individual presentation and lastly the one to one interview. The interviewers were super nice and friendly, which made the interview process more better.
